The sexual constitution

The sexual constitution is a set of body characteristics that determines the level of sexual need (a comfortable and demanded number of coitus over a certain period of time), the limit of sexual activity (the maximum number of completed sexual acts over a given period of time can be realized) and resistance to harmful influences affecting the sexual sphere. The sexual constitution is related to genetic factors, it is not influenced by either upbringing or the social environment. This is a constant that cannot be changed.

The sexual constitution is of three types:

1. Strong — high sexual appetites, desire to have sexual intercourse once a day or more.
2. Average — moderate sexual appetites, desire to have sexual intercourse three to four times a week.
3. Weak — low sexual appetites, desire to have sexual intercourse from once a week and less often.

To identify the appropriate type, a scale of vector determination of the sexual constitution is used (G. S. Vasilchenko and I. L. Botneva). For men, the scale includes the following indicators:

1. The age of libido awakening.
2. The age of the first ejaculation, regardless of how it occurred — during sexual intercourse, masturbation or pollution.
3. The trochanter index. To calculate it, you need to measure the length of the leg from the large trochanter of the femur (it is easily felt if you shake your hips a little) to the floor and height. The trochanter index is equal to the ratio of height to leg length.
4. The pattern of pubic hair is horizontal (female type), with a transition to the abdomen in the form of a hair path to the navel (male type), with excessive hair loss (hypertrichosis, male type).
5. The maximum excess is the maximum number of ejaculations per day, over a lifetime, regardless of how they occurred.

For women, the scale includes the following indicators:

1. The age of the first menstruation.
2. The regularity of menstruation.
3. The first orgasm, regardless of how it occurred — during intercourse, masturbation or in a dream.
4. The trochanter index.
5. The nature of pubic hair.
