Reduce intake of saturated fat

Drink enough water

  • Maintain optimal hydration: drink as much as your body needs
  • The following rule of thumb can be followed: drink six to eight glasses of fluid throughout the day, including tea and coffee, sugar-free drinks and low-fat milk. However, do not drink if you do not want to: the body itself sends a signal in the form of a feeling of thirst. Give up sugary drinks

Eat less meat

  • Reduce meat consumption: steaks, minced meat, bacon, sausages, ham, sausages – products that have been processed by smoking and adding salts and other preservatives
  • The permissible amount of meat products per day is 70 grams (applies to both red and white meat)
  • It is not recommended to completely eliminate meat from the diet, as meat is a good source of protein and iron.

Walk barefoot

Limit the use of household chemicals and personal care products with artificial ingredients

  • If possible, replace household chemicals with organic products (baking soda, borax, vinegar, hydrogen peroxide, mustard powder, etc.).
  • An alternative to personal hygiene products with artificial components can be a trip to the sauna every other day

Don't dye your hair

Practice solitude by choice
